Today was official WI day and I am up 1.6 pounds from last weeks WI. Altho I have been staying within my points and or calories, could it be my food choices.? Yesterday was a weird eating day.
Breakfast: Egg beaters and Canadian bacon on a Sandwich thin (3 points, 210 caloires) Nectarine(1 point, 70 calories).
Lunch: half a pound of jalepeno corn bread(according to Daily plate, this corn bread had 160
calories and 7 grams of fat per 2 ounces, that would be around 3 points for every 2ounces ????) about 12 points worth, 640 caloires
Dinner: 1 cup of yogurt with 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of Kashi Golean crunch (7 points, 490 calories)
Evening snack: cup of Blue Bunny Fat Free Brownie Sundae Ice cream (3 points, 180 calories) peach (1 point, 86 calories)
For a total of 27 points and 1,676 caloires, which is my daily allowance.
My goal for this week is to get in exercise, exercise, exercise..... I hope your having a happy healthy day and make those healthy choices this holiday weekend!!!

Ron, it could be all the stress you have been under with Jaydon's medical problems this week. I wouldn't let it bother you too much. Just keep doing what is right and it will work out.

I concur with Steve. You've been under a lot and maybe it is actually from the week before just catching up? The body is a mysterious thing, lol. Hang in there!
Who knows what caused it, could just be some water weight. Whatever, just keep doing what you know works, and it will be fine. Good luck getting back to the exercise.
